I truly hope you will use our website to enhance your martial arts training and experience. You can also download Grandmaster Beller's Challenge. This is a great way to practice physical skills, one-steps, and form. Once completed, the student will sign and the parent if applicable, and then return to me for a Great Effort sticker.

Students should request a Form Worksheet once they have memorized their form or pattern. You will find recommendations on having a championship form. Each time a student does his form with full power and control, then they shade in one of the TKD boxes. Once all boxes are completed, the student will sign and a parent if applicable, and then return to me for a Great Effort sticker.

Students need to turn in one or both (Challenge WS or Form WS) prior to their next testing!

In the spotlight with Benri Kaspar…..

Benri, age 13, started his martial arts career in June of 2020. He is an eighth grader at Twin Rivers in Genoa, NE. He really enjoys shop and has developed a great skill in this area. Benri’s favorite form is Choon-moo and his goal is to get his first Degree Black Belt. (Hopefully a bit more) Benri has persevered where others have given up! Congratulations to Benri, parents Ben and Cori, and brothers Korbin, Collin, and Jaimin.
